London buses and all that. Yesterday we mentioned the Beeline navigation product for your bike, with stripped out simplicity.
Today we have information on a Paris based rival called Haiku, which has taken a somewhat similar approach, in terms of having a very simple and easily legible screen.
Once again, crowd funders believe in the product, putting up 119% of the target funding to raise a total of €69,892 in October 2015.
The product mounts simply with a magnetic dock and looks as though it will retail for €80, which makes it a bit more expensive than the Beeline: around £60 v £45.
The product is being manufactured in France using the services of a major electronics company there, and is scheduled to be available around September of this year.
It should be an interesting competition between these 2 rivals.
